Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@originalkharido.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address 129, Akshardham Society, Sector 19, Pocket 3, Dwarka, New Delhi 110075

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2.Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

3.Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Replacement Policy

At Original Kharido, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a 10-day replacement policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Replacement:

  1. Damaged Product  – If the product is received in a damaged condition.

  2. Defective Product – If the product has a manufacturing defect.
  3. Incorrect Product – If you receive the wrong product.
     

Replacement Process:

  1. Initiate a Request – Contact us within 10 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp with your order number, product images, and issue details.
  2. Verification – Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  3. Return Pickup – If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or request you to ship the item back.
  4. Replacement Dispatch – A new product will be dispatched once we receive the returned item.

Conditions for Replacement:

  1. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  2. The request must be made within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  3. The replacement is subject to stock availability.
  4. We do not offer refunds, only replacements for eligible cases.
